1. Acceptance

By using ClaudeZH, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 16 years old.

2. Service

ClaudeZH is an OpenAI-compatible API gateway. It currently routes requests through Codex (ChatGPT Plus account pool). The service is under active development, provided AS IS, and features may change without notice.

3. Acceptable Use

• —Do not resell, sublicense, or redistribute API keys or access.
• —Do not use the service to generate illegal, infringing, or harassing content, or content violating OpenAI's usage policies.
• —Do not attempt unauthorized access, exploit vulnerabilities, scrape, or reverse engineer the service.
• —Do not abuse Free Trial credits or exceed published rate limits.

4. Subscription and Refund

Plans are billed monthly via Stripe, in USD, and auto-renew unless cancelled. Refund terms are covered in our Privacy Policy §7: full refund available within 2 hours of payment for Lite / Pro / Max (once per account); Free Trial is not refundable; brief outages and deployment maintenance do not qualify for refunds.

5. Disclaimer and Contact

Service provided AS IS, without warranties. We are not liable for AI-generated output or upstream provider issues. If we update these terms, we will post a notice on the site.
